[pct-l] Muscle cramps

Hi L-ROD I ran into a vendor at Costco, He was pushing "Zip Fizz" I
tried one and bought a box. There are 20 tubes in a box, then for $19. He
said that the regular price was $36. It is full of vitamins and minerals and
really gave me a boost for a long time. I need to get another box but I
haven't been back yet. The only thing would be carrying these tubes, full or
empty but I think well worth it. I won't have to take a lot of different
vitamins with me. You add this tube of powder to a bottle of water. Remember
"Be Prepared" Ground Pounder Bill "Semper Fi"
