[pct-l] ULA Catalyst Pack

I have been thinking of ordering the ULA Catalyst pack, and I was wondering about the Dual Stay Framesheet option.  Just what is a Dual Stay Framesheet and what would it do for me if I got that option.  Did anyone out there order it with their pack?
