[pct-l] raw foods on the trail



Hello to All!

Are there any "ultra-light" or other PCTers who have found a good way to
maintain a healthy, raw foods diet on the trail? I need to avoid simple
carbs for a specific health issue. For short hikes (4 - 6 days), I
normally pack in all my vegies, fruits, and nuts - then feel blessed by an
ever lightening load. Any tips for longer distances would be welcome!
