[pct-l] please unsubscribe my name

Sorry to bother y'all if this goes out to you.  I am attempting to unsubscribe from this list serve.  
Any ideas as to how?  I have gone to the "unsubsribe" section on the PCT website and pressed 
unsubscribe, but no confirmation email has reached me yet.  Ei.  If you know how I can take my 
name off the list, or if you can take my name off of your list I would greatly appreciate it.  Thank
