[pct-l] Bug Question

I found a neat Hiker's Mosquito Net  Tent at just over 6 ounces (see below), 
but supposedly it does not stop  no-see-ums.  I cannot remember that being a 
big problem on the trail.   Mosquitos and flies are what bug me.  Am I wrong on 
this or are no-see-ums  something I should guard against too?????  I can 
throw a tarp over the top  of a bug shelter in weather.  Otherwise, I want my 360 
degree  views.
