[pct-l] GPS and PCT

If I buy the Garmin 76CS GPS and then get the PCTA 3-disc set of the PCT,
then I could load one of the discs on the GPS handheld device and cruise the
trail with color maps. Right? I could lay in my tent at night and check
things out on my color GPS screen. Is this correct? The 76CS has 115 MB of
memory, so I would guess it is very capable.
Sounds like fun to me. I also like the idea of calling someone (if I have
coverage) and telling them exactly where I am, if I have an emergency. Like
if I run out of Jippy-Pop popcorn or something important like that happens.
Thanks for the help.
