[pct-l] when to hang food in WA

The only bear I saw on the entire PCT was in northern California.  I  hanged 
food ( hung food?) in the southern Sierra, only out of sheer habit.   I 
neither saw  bears in either Oregon or Washington nor did I hang  food.
