[pct-l] Battle of Oregon's bulge
Good evening, Wayne,
One of the great things about being an attorney is your laser-like focus on a succinct disclaimer. Me? When I need a disclaimer I just do a complete cranial dump and let the reader pick whichever seems appropriate.

My reckoning was based upon a general description in a news article. Based on the accuracy of other recent media accounts, I would have to caution that the bulge could be anywhere from Hawaii to Delaware and it might be a depression rather than a bulge.
