[pct-l] How to Measure Pack Base Weight?

At the gear contest at the kickoff party they don't count food ,fuel, water
and whatever you normally wear or carry in your pockets. When I won it 04 I
had 9 lb 4 oz this year Monty was under 6 lb and I see that Glen Van Peski
from Gossamer gear has a weight of under 4 lb. I'm waiting for the under 1
lb setup.
