left-click on MAPS
scroll down to ANACORTES WHISTLE LAKE AREA
scroll down a bit further to links for 2 printable maps of that area.

these show the PNT in red and all roads, trailheads, campgrounds, etc. You 
should be able to set something up from that.

I'd enjoy reading his journals as I hope to do that same section and more on 
the PNT in 2006.
