[pct-l] Heavy Reads



Hi Ben,

Strider recommended a book about pilgrimages. It is spiritual, not
religious. It was a good read and had some exercises. I got a lot out of it.
Maybe he will see this and come up with the name. I'm getting more
forgetful!
