[pct-l] Fire in Whitewater Canyon, So. Calif.

The info in the LA Times article said that the fire
was near Cecil Drive and Whitewater Canyon Road. This
would place it in Bonnie Bell, SE of the "Mesa Wind
Farm" and about a mile and a half east of the PCT. See
map page "C1"
