[pct-l] Angeles Crest Road Damage

	Here's a news story that confirms what hikers have been saying
on this list for months:

1)	The Angeles Crest Highway was damaged in the winter storms.

2)	It is closed between Islip Saddle and a few miles west of
	Wrightwood, and may remain closed through the summer.

3)	Pedestrians are prohibited on the closed road.

4)	Gobs of money are needed to fix the road.
