[pct-l] What are SNOW Conditions Lassen Peak, CA to Crater Lake, OR?

 Old Station northbound would be reliably snow free except for a short 
section around Mushroom Rock in Section O. Sections P, Q, and R often 
have troublesome snow lingering until early or mid-July- not the whole 
trail, mind you, just specific locations, but enough to cause problems 
if you go too early.  As for Oregon, right now, from I-5 northbound 
you'd be fine until you entered the Sky Lakes Wilderness, but that 
should be okay by early July, as well.
