[pct-l] Caches--good, bad and ugly

I used caches when I was on the PCT.

Curiously, I had to hitch into town. These caches were
very large, and one memorable cache was in a Safeway.
Other caches were smaller and came in cardboard boxes
that I would pick up in post offices.
