[pct-l] question regarding water at Pioneer Mail Trailhead near MtLaguna

There's a potable water pump about 3 miles south of pioneer mail accross the 
street from where the trail passes the penny pines parking lot right after 
passing the observatory and storm canyon, I think the pioneer mail water is 
no more ?
