Understanding it is the problem I think......

If I do understand it, you're asking for people to mail you your food drops 
from sources near the trail in the respective sections ?

If so, that is as logistically complicated, if not as impossible, as 
rounding up thru hikers two weeks into their hike to return them to the kick 
off !!!!!
