[pct-l] Glimpses of the ADZ

. . . a small twister "dust devil" following a hiker walking down the
campground road unaware of it sneaking up on him from behind and having his hat taken
off and whipped into the sky . . .

. . . the sunset on Friday evening casting deep colored light upon the crowd
listening to Meadow Mary giving her talk and upon the lake and green hills in
the distance . . .

. . . the full moon emerging from the racing clouds overhead at just the
right moments to accentuate Weathercarrot's incredible DVD . . .

. . . Squatch's great comic narration of "Walk" when the sound went out due
to a technical difficulty . . .

. . . a literal carpet of tiny gold flowers making a solid "yellow brick
road" through the sagebrush in a small valley up from the dam and giving off a
deep dusky smell . . .

. . . a local transient happily going through the dinner line Friday night,
(twice!) before scaring a few of the campers and being recognized by the
rangers and sent off . . .

. . . the class of 2003 buggying into the late night with rythmic drums,
guitar, Pringles shaker, bottles clinking, native rap, yips and laughs and
carrying on . . . between the jello shots, vodka and lemon slices and . . .

Ah, the incredible aura of the ADZ LIVES!
