amen to this:   "The key is to avoid hyponatremia rather than treat it."

that is really what you want to do, and the only way to do that is to 
do the experiementation on your training runs/hikes so that you are 
prepared before you go.  You'll never know how many endurolytes you'll 
need until you try them out and figure out how many you need per hour 
and in what kind of heat, etc.  you definitely do not want to figure 
this kind of stuff out on the trail.
