[pct-l] Kennedy Meadows hiking north

This is my first post on this forum. We are planning a backpacking trip for next summer - Starting at Kennedy Meadows and hiking north, joining up with the John Muir Trail at Crabtree Meadows, and then north to Tuolumne Meadows. I know this is less than 500 miles, so we can't just get a permit from the PCTA. Where do I need to go to get a wilderness permit for this trip.
