Hi PCT Hikers or wannabee's,

We need your feet and your wisdom at the PCTA Trail Fest!

The PCTA Trail Fest is offering a session on Foot Care and Trail
Conditioning to share ideas on
how to prepare for a section or thru hike, and how to keep going once
you are on the Trail.
We will have a Podiatrist to discuss care of our feet, and answer
questions. 

You can help make this a fun and informative meeting by:

1. If you have any experiential or medically based advice, stories, etc,
regarding your feet
or general trail conditioning, could you please send them to me? 

2. If you have any foot care or trail conditioning questions that you
would like addressed, please send them.

3. Finally, we are looking for the ugliest foot on the trail. If you
have photos of ugly trail feet please send them to 
me. Selected winners will have the photos diagnosed by our presenting
podiatrist, and ridiculed by the 
audience. (Contributors may remain anonymous if desired.)
