Connie,
Try this site. I thought it had some good ideas.

This site is NB but has some tips on fit.

Since the readers of this list are so knowledgeable about the minute
details of hiking life...here's my question:

What do you do to keep your shoestrings tied?

I'm tired of having them untie themselves so quickly, even when
double-knotted. Have you found a brand or method that works for you?

Pondering the important things in life,
Connie
