[pct-l] New Trailhead Facilities at Soledad Canyon & PCT

The California Trail Users Coalition (CTUC) has completed work on a new trailhead facility where the PCT intersects Soledad Canyon Road, in Acton (on the south side of the road across from Robins Nest).  It has chemical toilet and large parking area, designed to allow vehicles towing horse trailers to park and stage rides.  The facility will service not only the PCT, but also Indian Canyon Road, a NF road also found at the same intersection.
