[pct-l] bounce box

I would only use places that have good, fast delivery and pickup. That would
eliminate Kennedy Meadows south, VVR, Reds Meadows, Kennedy Meadows north,
Hyatt Lake, Shelter Cove, Elk Lake, and Ollallie Lake. In the Sierras you
can get out to Lone Pine and Independence.

Guidebook sections. Why bounce box? Just mail each part to where you need
them. Battery charger: you may need to carry it for a few stops and then
mail it ahead.
