I can be real specific in limited areas:  I got good cell coverage with a 
TMobile phone at Paradise Park on the west side of Mt. Hood in the Mt. Hood 
Wilderness and from the little rise on the south end of South Matthieu Lake 
in Three Sisters Wilderness.
