[pct-l] Music on the trail

On my mp3 CD player, 2 AA batteries would last me a week of nearly constant 
use...so at least 50 hrs on a set. 

Because I spent most of my time listening to CDs, I didn't try the radio 
often, but when I did, I found the reception for music or talk radio that I liked 
to be very spotty.  Were I a country or mexican music fan, reception for 
nearly the entire trail would have been good or great.
