[pct-l] SNOW!!



One of the things I'm noticing is just how uneven the snowfall is...some places 
are at 300% of April 1 amounts, and other places are still "only" at 75%. 
Tuolumne Meadows has only about 8' while places like the ski areas (due, 
undoubtedly, to the more effective praying methods employed by skiers) are 
getting huge dumps. Tyndall Ck is still at 76% of April 1 but Crabtree is at 90%.

Still, it ain't lookin' good (for hiking, I mean), even if you factor in a 
strong, early meltoff like occurred last year.
