[pct-l] pct-l is section hiker friendly

A section hiker in attendance at the Kick-off Party is 
likely to have more knowledge of the PCT, and more mileage 
under his or her belt, than the vast majority of the event's 
hope-to-be thru-hikers. Generally speaking, thru-hikers will 
be eager to learn what such a section hiker has to teach 
them about the trail; their lives are not yet fully 
committed to the trail, their eyes are not yet fixated on 
the far border, and their minds are still open to the wisdom 
of those who have walked, in whole or part, the wondrous 
mystery trail up ahead.
