[pct-l] re: Groceries Hikers Buy...TP.

I found buying everything in a lot of locations much more logical. (Many,
many reasons) Therefore no drop box.  Some places only sold TP in 4's. 
Tiny Klenex packets like they sell in convenience stores also work if
you're trying to justify taking that half roll in the public restroom.

By the way, I have about fifteen or twenty half rolls with the cardboard
tube removed left over from last year.
