[pct-l] bicycles



yes yes yes we know what you're talking about.  There is good reason in that
it keeps the trail free of bicycles hhahaha.  Bicycles cause undue
treadwear, can be dangerous when ridden like alot of mountain bikers ride,
and generally don't belong on a scenic trail intended solely for quiet foot
and hoof traffic.  I have ridden the san felipe hills sobo twice in the
past; I thought the public domain BLM land was just that, public domain -
but have since changed my ways and wouldn't consider it today.
