[pct-l] Scissors Cache

Caitlin mentioned that on Nov. 16:

?cache destroyed. shelf and two chairs built by the "trail ratz" had been
tipped over and thrown about the area. no water either. a few empty but
shattered water jugs were thrown around too. a sad site."

The cache should be on the southwest side of S2 where the PCT first crosses
it for nobo's. It was under a large creosote bush just before the gate.
There used to be another less-formal cache on the other side of S2 as well,
and, rarely, a few gallons just north of 78.
