[pct-l] Scissors cache

As a northbound hiker, the wooden structure is maybe 1-2 minutes before you reach the FIRST highway.  It may be closer.  I'm pretty sure you can't see it from the highway, but if you walk south on the PCT, you'll find it.  It will be on your right as you walk south from the highway.  If I remember right, at that point the PCT pretty much parallels the highway.
