[pct-l] Bear Cannisters Again

Persistence pays off!

If you're going to give creatures that much time to find a way in, you can
be sure that they eventually will.  Given enough time, even a plant could
get into a bear can.

The only thing this proves is that you shouldn't cache food unattended for
many days or weeks in such a container.
