[pct-l] Cache 22

In 2002 and 2003, Cache 22 was fully stocked during thru-hiker season.  PCT 
hiker Amigo and/or his parents build and stock it each summer.  Watch PCT-L 
in April for a post from Amigo regarding this cache.  If he plans on doing 
the cache again in 2005, I'd imagine he'll post here to tell everyone about 
it.  You can also check the Old Station PO Register.  Amigo might put a 
message there about the cache, which is about 1/2 day after Old Station.
