[pct-l] Food advise



Looking for advise on first day breakfast...

When I go hiking, I tend to eat a fairly large breakfast before I hit
the trail.
So I feel pretty weighed down the first half of the day...
I always feel like it's the last hot meal I'll have for a while, so I
chow down on a big breakfast burrito...then I regret it.

Question:

What foods are high in energy, easily (and quickly) digestible, and
tasty enough to satisfy my "last meal" cravings?

I'll be heading out this weekend for 43 miles and I want to enjoy the
morning as much as the afternoon...
