[pct-l] Hot springs near Muir Trail Ranch

I've read about the hot springs near Muir Trail Ranch in the PCT 
California book, and am planning to do this section of the PCT next 
summer. Can all you who've been there tell me about them...are they 
still there/worth a visit, is there good camping nearby, etc. I see hot 
springs on the 7.5 topo near the ranch/San Joaquin River and am 
wondering if this is what the guide is referring to.
