[pct-l] Re: Southbound from Stevens Pass to Snoqualmie Pass

This does not surprise me. Many walk the first PCT
miles in Washington along the road as well. At the
risk of inciting controversy, I'd like to add my own
ridiculous opinion.

In the past couple of years, most of the thru hikers I
met asked me one or more of the following about my own
thru hike. How much did your pack weigh? How far did
you walk each day? How long did you take? (Not all
the hikers were like this.)

Since when did thru hiking become a sport? It's a
journey! And it's the PCT!
