Same problem, sometimes 300-500 feet off. Some say the pressure has to recalibrate if you have just gotten out of a vehicle.

Timex Helix, but I don't know about the "fairly accurate" part. I find
myself having to recalibrate the altitude with annoying frequency. Other
Helix owners, am I doing something wrong?
