Timex Helix, but I don't know about the "fairly accurate" part. I find
myself having to recalibrate the altitude with annoying frequency. Other
Helix owners, am I doing something wrong?

Any suggestions on a reasonably priced (<$200) watch with altimeter,
compass, etc. that is fairly accurate?
