[pct-l] sprained ankle

It's difficult to say what the problem is. I have had sprained ankles in
boots, but none since I have new orthotics in my low semi running shoes.
I'll try out the shoes instead of the boots this summer on the JMT, but I'll
take a soft brace with me.
