[pct-l] discrepencies between mapped PCT routes

I have one of Schaffer's other books, for the Ventana Wilderness, where
he describes the discrepancies. In the introduction he says that the
topo maps are full of errors and he just tries to fit his mapped trails
as best as he can. Seeing as Schaffer is out there in person and the
USGS guy was probably flying over in a plane 30-40 years ago, I trust
Schaffer, not the USGS maps.
