[pct-l] horse free p.c.t.?

what parts of the P.C.T. get the least horse abuse? A couple of years ago i hiked the oregon section of the trail,and was appaled at the filth and degredation left behind by horseman. this year id like to go out for a two week or so hike,and i'd like to do a section where i can smell the flowers and not have to continuesly camp in horse sh*t. any suggestions?
