[pct-l] horse free p.c.t.?

I can't remember seeing a horse on the Oregon PCT - or their remains- guess
my memory really is going. I do remember many horses in the High Sierra JMT
section area of the PCT.

How about doing the reroute section of the PCT in Washington. Sounds like it
won't be good for horses.

i hiked the oregon section of the trail, and was appaled at the filth and
degredation left behind by horseman. this year id like to go out for a two
week or so hike, and i'd like to do a section where i can smell the flowers
and not have to continuesly camp in horse sh*t. any suggestions?
