Ha! Wait until you get into cross country skiing. Track skis? Backcountry? 
Telemark? Rondinay? (sp?). Skins? Fishscales? Brand? Camber? Bindings? 
Parabolic? Boots?
   I like snowshoeing, ( I own Atlas) but man it's fun to drop a couple 
thousand feet on an old logging road over several miles in 10 minutes. And great 
exercise going up
