Hello there,
I apparently do not have enough potassium in my system and what the Dr.
prescribed for me is:
Potassium Chloride. I just take it with a full glass of Water once a
day.Did not see any dire warnings. (now I eat the bananas and potatoes each
day)
Regarding cramps, the only time I get cramps in my legs are when I first get
in my sleeping bag at night and then only for the first 2 or 3 days of
hiking. I just take a 800IBP and that seems to relax me enough so I do not
feel the cramps.
Cheers,
Marge
