[pct-l] money
The best solutiion is to get a debit card from your bank. Those cards allow
you to debit your checking account and act as a credit card where debit
transactions are not accepted. They are typically Visa or MasterCards, and
as such you get their backing for problems.
One of the best uses it at the US Post Office or grocery store. Go in and
buy something (a stamp) with the debit card and get cash back. The post
office will give up to $50 back - if they have enough cash. Notice that
last disclaimer. We have been turned down a few times. Usually early in the
work day. By evening they almost always have enough cash to give you money
back.
