I've used Esbits for years. Love them! My whole kitchen weighs 19.2 ounces.

3.5  Esbit stove
3.0  6 Esbit fuel tablets (good for 6+ days)
4.5  Evernew 0.8 liter titanium kettle with lid
0.2  Lexan spoon
2.0  Whisperlite wind screen
2.0  Lighter
1.0  stuff sack

Note: while the Esbit WILL melt snow and ice, if you think you'll do that a
lot, take your Whisperlite stove to really kick out the BTUs.
