[pct-l] Info on Section A end of feb or early-mid march?

I just found out that I am getting a sabbatical from work which will start
somewhere between now and March 1 (in the process of working out the date).
I was thinking about using some of my time to hike sections A-?? (not yet
defined).  Can anyone tell me what to expect in terms of weather / water
this early in the season?  Second, is anyone planning to be on the trail in
early March?
