I find them at my grocery store with the brand name Parmalat. (They've recently been in the news due to financial mis-deeds.) I can get three-pack of individual cartons each containing 1 cup of milk. They do not need refridgeration until opened. (For more information see http://www.parmalatusa.com/ourproducts/ultra.html.) Some grocery stores do not put the parmalat milk near the powdered milk, but I forget where they put it - it can be quite a hunt to locate it.
Personally, I only use Parmalat milk when car-camping. It solves the refridgeration issue, but still has all the water and weight of regular milk. (It also tastes a bit funny to me - I use it only for cooking.) For backpacking, I prefer the weight savings of powdered milk (which also tastes funny to me).
