Another option is to bring along something that makes music instead of
just the mp3 player or etc. With that you have unlimited potential for
creating
music (and can listen to pretty much any style that you can play) The
Martin Backpacker guitar is around 2 lbs iirc. And of course there are
numerous flutes, the tin whistle, harmonica, and more that are way
lighter than that. I'm looking to purchase a wooden flute for that very
purpose.... Just haven't found the right one yet..
Just presenting another option... For those who are musically
inclined..
